When cold-drawing steel is cold-drawn, the so-called single control is to control the whole process with cold-drawing rate or cold-drawing stress; while dual control is the control method in which the cold-drawing rate and cold-drawing stress are applied simultaneously. In contrast, the single-hole production method is relatively simple during construction, but it is impossible to test one by one for steel bars with uneven materials, so the quality of cold drawing cannot be guaranteed. However, the dual control is different. As long as the dual control control force meets the requirements and the cold drawing rate does not exceed the allowable value, it can be considered qualified. However, if the cold-drawing rate has been reached and the cold-drawing stress has not yet reached the control stress, then this product should be reduced in strength.
